Connect to Life
Healing the past and creating the life you desire
A weekend workshop co-hosted by Clare Palmer and Graham Timmins

Saturday 20 October - Sunday 21 October 2018
10 am to  6 pm each day

Residential or non-residential

Join us in the leafy village of Great Bromley, Essex for a weekend of immersion in NVC practice and experience in an intimate and cosy venue provided by Dorothy.

This is a weekend grounded in the principles and practices of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It's designed for people who have prior experience of NVC or of similar practices which include self-awareness, willingness to reflect and to listen to others.

From our point of power in the present moment we’ll look back to what we have brought with us that needs attention, and forward to the new stories we want to write. Clare and Graham have co-created a rich and varied menu of exercises and processes which we will choose from according the needs alive in the group, with topics including a Life Review in relation to Values, Intention and Attention, Supporting Empathy, Inner Space, Triggers, Core Beliefs and Gratitude.

With two trainers and a group limited to 12, this will be a safe space for deep connection and accelerated learning.

For greatest ease, snacks, refreshments and a simple lunch will be provided, and please also bring some favourite foods to share if that’s doable for you logistically.

Cost: £150 for the whole weekend
(*please get in touch if you really want to come and are challenged by the price)
Limited to 12 participants, so book soon to secure your place!
