Nonviolent Communication Practice Group - Colchester area
This group is to support people who have some prior knowledge or training in Nonviolent Communication. Being part of a practice group will help you embed the principles and practices of this approach and give you more confidence in integrating these new habits into your life. You will gain from the ongoing support and friendship of group members as you practice.
The current group, which is now closed, started meeting in January 2019 and the series of 14 meetings ends in July 2019. It is operating as a shared responsibility group, with members volunteering to host, facilitate and bring snacks, and there is no charge for attendance.
The meetings are currently held on alternate Sunday mornings. We work on themes from Marshall Rosenberg's A Language of Life and each meeting gives you a chance to raise any individual issues that the group might support you with.
The next series of meetings of the group will begin in September 2019, and is likely to be on a Saturday morning, 9.30 - 12 pm. If you'd like to join the waiting list for this group please contact me.
