Your privacy matters to me. This policy sets out how Connect to Life uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website or when we meet face to face or by phone or online for coaching and training, or correspond via email. This policy is effective from 29 April 2018.

The information collected from you is the personal information you provide for me to process your requests and bring you services that may be of interest to you.

You can turn off cookies and any website tracking within your web browser by going to internet options – privacy. If you do this, you may be unable to place an order or benefit from some of the other features provided by this website either now or in the future.
Courses and events
If you place an order via the online form for a course, event or service, you will be asked to give the information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, your name, physical address, telephone number, email address, title. Your account information will be stored on this website and data is transferred to a mailing list which is currently managed by me on Gmail. You will receive emails about your booking status. When your service is complete your name will be removed from my database unless you ticked to receive future news concerning your interests.
I keep course registers in encrypted password protected files on my computer. I keep some paper records in a locked filing cabinet in my private home office.
You can subscribe to my mailing list to receive general news and event information on this website. I make every effort to only send you information of interest. You can unsubscribe any time simply by replying with an ‘unsubscribe’ email.
One to one support sessions.
I may keep a few notes during our sessions - these help me remember what the main highlights were and any actions that were agreed. I store this information, on my computer in a password protected encrypted file or if handwritten, in a locked filing cabinet in my private home office.
We may meet on skype or zoom.
I value your information as much as I do my own and take every measure to keep this confidential and secure. Please read all privacy statements of the services that support ease of management of my services. These are contained in the linked text above.
